Our 12 Month Warranty

Purified provides a 12 month warranty with every Shower Head purchase from purifieduk.co.uk. 

You are only eligible to return the product to us for a replacement under your 12 month warranty if your product develops a fault within 12 months of receipt of your goods.

It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods. All return associated delivery costs must be covered by the buyer; unless goods have been damaged by our delivery couriers or errors in orders.

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.

Please note:

• The warranty excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage and normal wear and tear.

• Within the warranty period, it's the customer’s responsibility for the cost of returning the goods. Purified UK will send a replacement free of charge including delivery costs.
